Indian patent agent exam training
Indian Patent Agent Exam 2020 will be conducted by Patent Office - "The Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks" (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India) on June 28, 2020.
Candidates can apply for Patent Agent Examination- 2020, online only from 25/02/2020 (02:00 PM) to 25/03/2020 (05:30 PM). There is NO other mode of application.

2. Paper II (100 Marks and Three hours)-
This paper is based on Patent Drafting, Sections & Rules. Descriptive type
3. Viva -Voce (50 Marks):
Note: A candidate is required to secure minimum 50% marks in both Paper I and Paper II to qualify for Viva-Voce. And he must have to secure aggregate 60% marks (in all the three parts) to pass the Patent Agent Exam
